how much does cotton candy and a bag of popcorn sell for at the circus or carnival?

My husband and I are going to be selling cotton candy and popcorn but I can't find the going price right now. Does anyone know

1. 2.25 for cotton candy and 1.75 for popcorn
2. Cotton candy is sugar and flavoring..... cheap to make.. if you sell it for $1.50 each, you will make money and make families happy...... why price gouge just because others are doing it?
3. Depends on the Size of the town its in... usually in smaller towns 1 to 1.50... but in some of the more well known circuses ive been too ive paid as much as 3 bucks.. just depends on where you go.
